Electric Awning

One time this summer when I was out camping there was a threat of high winds though they were not blowing yet. As I walked through the campground the only people that had there awnings out were the ones with the electric awning. Everyone else had left theirs in just to be on the safe side.
Personally , where I camp I hardly ever use my awning. I've had it out once in the last 2 years. But, I'm only a weekend camper that usually camps where there is shade. The one time I had it out was at a casino for a concert. The campground there is basically just a parking lot and it was nice to have a place in the shade to set while we waited for the music to start.
