Engine Code P1500?---------- For a Ford 6.4Diesel

A code reading of P1500 on my 2010 Diesel 6.4.
Does anyone know what it means.
I've called two dealers and they say there is not such code.

I'm using a OBD-II Wifi adapter and osi EarthLink Reader.

    Took pickup in and they replaced the thermostats. All is well.
    They said they did not get a P1500 code for the 6.4 engine and they don't
    show that one exists.

    P1500 is listed as a vehicle speed sensor.

    I found this on Ford Truck Enthusiasts forum.

    That is a valid code but I do not show it as a 6.4 code. There is a P1501 that is for the speed sensor.
