Expected MSRP off new pop up

I'm looking into pop ups for my sister in law. She's limited to a gross weight of 2,000 lbs with her TV. As I look online, there are many options for new small pop ups in that rating limit.
My question is, what %age off MSRP is a general shooting point for pop ups? I bought a new TT last year and did quite well negotiating, but I don't know the pop up market anymore. Any help is appreciated!
