Extended Warranty for tow vehicle?

I got the extended warranty on my 6.4L (8 year 120k), and it's pretty much paid for itself. Nothing wrong with the engine just everything around it like the radiator which is expensive out of pocket. I've had both ball joints and tie rods replaced under warranty as well. There are several other items that have been covered as well, so don't just look at the engine for warranty coverage it's all the other things around it that break also.
