Yes, EZPASS will give you another transponder that is for vehicle + trailer. You'll have to pay for it of course. When towing, remove your regular EZPASS from your vehicle (or wrap it in tinfoil) and install the new EZPASS. When you go through the toll booth, your account will be charged the vehicle + trailer rate. I have one that is for a vehicle and trailer up to 4 axles total. Therefore the rate is the same if I pull a single axle trailer or a double axle trailer with my 2 axle vehicle.
