F250 rear sway bar question?

I have a 2001 F250 diesel without a rear sway bar. I've been looking for a take off of one in a junk yard, but haven't located one yet.

I have a 4 inch MBRP exhast, 33 inch spare underneath, and a SuperHitch. it's real tight under there. I've heard of some possible interference when using aftermarket sway bars.

Can anyone shed some light on whether a BigWig or similar will work with this setup?

Thanks for any info,

Paul

The OEM rear stabilizer bar on my 2005 cleared my SuperHitch and 275/70R18 spare tire.

I put a HD Roadmaster rear sway bar on my truck (in sig). I also have a 4" exhaust and a Titan Class V hitch with the 2 1/2 inch receiver. You shouldn't have a problem clearing anything on the undercarriage.
