Ford offers a brand new "enhanced" long block. This is what is put in when they have valve failures. The injectors and high pressure fuel pump along with the turbocharger and intakes have to be transferred over. They do have a complete available but it is a reman. It comes with intake and turbos and fuel system components installed. Reman still has a warranty though. I would be more comfortable with all new fuel system you never know how it was treated and today's fuel systems are so sensitive. There is also new short blocks available as well but I have not gotten but one of those.
