Summer is a time for vacations and it's possible that they have't had a chance to update their website. We've run into similar problems over the years. Years ago I listened to a wise old camper and he told me to stop in at the dealers waiting room and speak to the people having a repair made and ask them questions about pre and post sale customer service. Only time it failed me was when Open Range was sold and refused to support warranty work. The dealer helped as much as possible but not to my satisfaction due to limits from the company who took over Open Range. To settle the issue I had to sign a non-disclosure agreement for a cash settlement.
