Follow up to two problems

I presented two problems in previous posts - water heater & city water pressure. Here are the fixes to both.

Water heater not heating on electric: Replaced burned out heating element and replaced anode rod. Works perfectly now.

Low pressure on city water: CW diagnosed the problem and replaced the city water inlet/check valve. A bad check valve was restricting the water flow. Tons of pressure now!
