When I decided to make my switch to Ford I was talking to a counterman at an RV dealership I frequent and told him I was looking for a new tow vehicle and was always a Dodge fan until my last one got me thinking about my previous ones. He told me see that Dodge Cummins in the parking lot that's mine, so my advice to you is buy a Ford they know more about towing than Dodge ever will. It was hard to break an old habit, but even though Ram builds the best looking trucks by far, looks don't mean reliability so I switched and I don't think I'll ever look back. Now if my only my wife's Ram will be a whole lot better than all the other Dodges I've owned. Last time we used her truck to tow the TT I realized that my Expedition 5.4 with 3:73 gears and 300hp will tow at least equal if not better on hills that her Ram 5.7 w/3:92 gears and 345 hp. I'm hope the newer Rams with 390 hp will do better but will they and how much?
