Thanks for the info, guys. This makes a lot of sense. I think I may have experienced a miss on my V10 Excursion at times. With ten cylinders, a V9 can be rather subtle. If I recall, it seemed to occur during moderate cruise rather than hard hard-pull, a weird scene. Now I know what to look for.
