Forrest River Cherokee 30P
looking at buying a 39P Cherokee. We love the floor plan. lots of space. That is my problem. All the ones I have seen on line come with only one 13,500 btu A/C unit. And no mention of prewired for a 2nd unit. Is that enough to cool 40'?
What is the CU FT capacity of a 13,500 A/C.? Just looked up a sizeing chart. It says 10,000 BTU is good for 400-450 Sq FT. If that's true then the 13,500 should work. Does it in the real world?
They prewire for Washer and Dryer. Ad says it comes with 30 or 50 amp service. I'm comfused.
We plane to leave it on a permanent site in Pittsfield MA. It does get warm the in the summer but nothing like AZ, FL, or TX. Ad it doesn't stay long. I'm guessing the 2nd bedroom area can be blocked off from the A/C since we wont be using that area much.
