Found used 2013 Rockwood roo 21ss. Right price?

Just found a 21ss at a dealer not far from here. Is there a Nada price guide for these? He is asking 15,995 plus 300 for the extended 1 year warranty. Do you guys think that is a good price? It's...

What's the current MSRP?

We 'overpaid' for our used HTT, but it was hard to find, exactly what we wanted and in excellent condition. That's worth quite a bit (imho)
