Free short queen mattress

So, during our shakedown cruise in the Winnebago 2201DS, DW and I decided that the mattress that came with the trailer was not going to work for us. We went out and bought a replacement. So, we have one brand new short queen mattress sitting in the garage. Before I take it to Goodwill or somewhere else, I'm offering free of charge to anyone that can pick it up. Contact me via a private message and we'll work out a way to communicate and arrange for a pick-up.

The mattress is brand new....we slept on it for one night. I hope it can be of some use to someone that's on a tight budget and trying to fix up an RV.

If you decide on the Goodwill store route, call them first. The Goodwill stores around here will not accept any form of bedding, new or not.

Take it to W-Mart and give it to one of the street poeple who camp there for a few wikes.

Put an ad on Craigslist. You could even ask prospects to "tell their story" as to why they deserve it. Got a free tv that way a while back. (the kind you watch, not drive)

It would be a good time for someone to do a Sat. day trip to Cedar Point and get a new mattress at the same time…
