Nope... ;) .
Also, my RV fridge is a Dometic that had the recall notice on it, but I didn't do the recall because it didn't fix the issue.. Just made it so that when the pipe breaks, it diverts the leaking liquid away from the flame, but also caused the fridge to not work as well...
So, I just don't use it on electric anymore and that's what works for me..
Good luck!

Mitch.........the recall added another temp sensor that shuts down all 12V DC power should a high temp event occur
The high temp event could happen whether on electric or propane
No 12V DC---no fridge operation
Should a leak occur......no fridge cooling BUT electric or propane could still function which could cause major overheating and possible fire.
That is what the recall was meant to prevent.
And it has no effect on how well fridge cools.......good or bad.
Doesn't 'FIX' initial issue....but short of complete replacement of cooling unit with thicker tubing/better welding recall is better than not having it done.
OP.......
We turned our DOMETIC (with the recall) ON in Nov. 2006 and it has rarely been OFF since.
Runs on electric when at CG w/power
Runs on propane while in transit or when no power is available
Parked in driveway ON electric right now. Only thing we need to do is put the perishables in for next trip.
Our converter is 3 stage charger so batteries are not abused.....but our inverter has a 3 stage charger that does a better job so it is in service
