Both are about 31' long; was that the "too big" you mentioned? You ruled out the second one if you don't want a queen size bed. Maybe reconsider what you really want as you work your way through choices. Once you figure that out then you'll be able to work the weight numbers game to see if your tow vehicle is adequate. The weights and cost of a new tow vehicle may change your mind, too.
My wife & I do fine in our 26' (actually measures near 29') and when returning home after a few weeks in the trailer often comment about all the wasted space in our house.
