When we were living in Edina MN I stored a vehicle at the State Fair grounds. Inside. Cost was about $50. They sent me a card with a date and time they wanted me to bring my car. I left the keys in the ignition in case they had to move the car because someone needed to move their car out. In the spring they would send me another card with a date and time that I had to be there to remove my car. I believe they are still doing this. (using all the empty exhibit halls/buildings. This may be true also in other cities/towns).
