Good Sam Club Stickers

Any one have a good method of removing one of those stickers off the back of an aluminum sided trailer? I don't want to save the sticker, so tearing it off would be the first thought. I am concerned about it taking paint off!
I had the thought of using a welding torch but it is aluminum.
  • I have to say the 'Good Sam sticker' I put on my 2002 Lance when I bought it was still in good shape when I sold it this spring. Durable stickers.

The Good Sam guy reminds me of Gomer Pyle....lol

In all seriousness, a heat gun and some careful peeling on your part followed by Goo-Gone or WD40 to remove the left over adhesive works well.
  • Hind sight is always 20/20, but I put mine on the back window glass. A flat razer blade scraper can be used on glass to remove stickers and such.

You may also find once you remove the sticker, the paint on the camper will not be the same, and you'll have an outline with a slight off-color from the rest of the camper.

If all you want to do is get rid of the sticker, you can always get another sticker and slap it on top of it.

If you want to remove the sticker, chances are you will always have a paint color variance.
