gutter and/or window seal?

I'm looking at redoing the bead of caulk on top of the rail over the roof screws above the gutter along the sides. What sealant would you use? Dicor?

I'm also looking at resealing around the windows. No leaks but the squeeze out from when they installed the windows is now crumbling and i'm thinking that running a bead around the windows would be a good idea.

    I would use 4" wide Eternabond tape around the roof edges, clear down onto the gutter rail. In fact I did, over 10 years ago and it's still going strong. The stuff squeezing out from the windows, just trim off the excess, and run a bead of Proflex or equivalent (NOT silicone) across the top and down both sides. JMHO
