Hi all I live where the fires occurred in California. I was walking thru the local Hampton parking lot and saw this. Wow!

There really aren’t many Eucalyptus around here. Mostly Oaks and Redwoods, 50- 100 year wind event (some weather stations a few miles from the source recorded 75 - 95 mph) is what started it and had it moving so fast. It was moving about 2-3 miles an hour in the rural areas and once it hit neighborhoods, jumped house to house really quick.
