There are small travel trailers with relatively small tongue weights out there.
Some examples:
Casita Sprit 17' Standard Layout: 295 lbs.
Scamp 16' Standard Layout: 230 lbs.
Escape 17' Standard Layout: 345 lbs.
Bigfoot 17.5' Standard Layout: 410 lbs.
