HappiJacks don't work after reseting

Question

Hello everyone.... My Happijack wired remote shows a flashing green and red light. Anyone know what this is? Remote is good as it has been tested.

It starts out all green then flashes green and red and no jack will work even after reseting.

I don't think there are batteries inside the wired remote so that's not it.

I think the red is indicating insufficient power to opperate the jacks. Are you plugged in to shore power or trying to run from battery power?

Found problem...... It needed a new circuit board and found one in an rv service shop. Tim Millers RV Repair. What a great guy. They do good work.

I'm very glad to find a non wireless remote circuit board like my original.
