HELP! Coachman Apex vs Freedom Express (or ??)

Been years since I've owned a camper. Wife and I started looking at used, then looking at the materials that each manufactured uses. Long tory short we liked the Coachman 248RBS layout when we saw it...

I HAVE a 2016 Freedom Express 248RBS .  THE flooring  is becoming soft in the high traffic areas. There are no leaks or water damage.  I AM looking to upgrade to a toyhauler. Other than that it is an excellent model.

    I am sure the OP would appreciate the feedback but this post is 7 years old and the OP hasn't posted here in almost as long.
