It varies what I do but am generally in the 1st or 2nd lane with the cruise control set at 62-63 as I like to keep it under 65 as per the tires. Anyway, if I am in the 1st lane and someone is coming on the highway, they have the yield sign, not me. They eith have to hit the gas pedal or wait otherwise they find themselves driving down the breakdown lane. Not my issue, it is theirs.
