Hit the scale, how can I be this heavy?

I am now resolved to the fact that the scale is indeed correct. I took the time to think about the mods and extras I've added to the truck and camper and this number is starting to make more sense. I guess I just discounted each item on it's own but when you break it down it makes sense. I'm thinking many people think the same way I did and don't factor in all these things.
Below is the list of things I added/changed and their estimate of the weight:
front receiver: 50
passengers: 380
tools: 100
tiedowns: 100
Bed mat: 75
bbq: 40
ladder: 40
superhitch: 100
solar panels: 100
AC: 150
Sway Bar 50
-------------------
Total: 1185
Now, I'm surprised it doesn't actually weigh more :(
