I think his overall height will be ok.
My International 4wd is 9 feet tall at the roof. That would leave 4 feet for camper overhang and AC, which could be a problem, if I was trying to haul a camper on the truck.
His 2wd GM 5500's roof looks quite a bit lower than my truck's roof. I bet it's at least a foot lower, or more. My truck is running 11R-22.5's, which are 42" tall. His tires look alot shorter than that.
There was a member here who used to run a GM 4500/5500 4x4, with a camper on it's flatbed, spaced up to clear the roof. I forget his name.
