Ya never know. Yes I understand there are bad Dealer Service Centers at ALL brands. I also know there are good ones from personal experience. KarMart Chrysler in Burlington, WA along with Crystal Chrysler in Cathedral City, CA are two I have had great experiences with.

There is a thing called a Lemon Law, suggest using it if they can't fix your issues. These trucks are easy to diagnose as everything is computer controlled.
