how does camper stove come oit

Question

I bought a 73%36 camper with the origiinal stove and oven.  I want ti remove it eithout damaging it nor counter.  I expected it to juat alide out ir lift out but it does not.  Thr gas line ia disconnected.  What holds it in place.  I have am going to replace it but if it works i want to include it in my out door kitchen.  Thanks Dennis.

There's screws holding it somewhere. Probably at the rear of the bottom. Once it comes out redoing the count tops will be very easy and that is exactly the time to do it.  Even after you find those screws expect to jerk it pretty hard to get it to move.  Stuff grows together ;-)

Yea, we had to take ours out to do some work in behind it. Top comes off, screws in several places, and yank up hard but straight and careful. Ours is a stove and oven combo. Went right back in fine. It's 25 years old now and still works better than the gas stove in our house! Just make sure your gas is off at the bottles first. Pretty simple tho. Lots easier than shower pan/holding tank extraction! LOL
