My 2013 Dutchman is 25 ft. and has a fold down couch as part of the slide out. However it only 62” between the arm rests. That is okay for the dog but a bit cramped for adult sleeping.
Also, the back of the couch was over stuffed and mades a two level bed when folded down.
My wife recently took about half the stuffing out of back so now the bed is one level when fold down.
