we do. One is a 7x14 tandem axle converted cargo trailer with full living quarters, and drop down rear door to haul motorcycles. Also use it for camping when we go to places that only can fit smaller trailer, older campgrounds etc. But we still have AC, forced air heat, bed, couch, dinette, fridge, microwave, stove, shower, toilet, cabinets, 15 gallons of fresh water, 40 gallons grey tank. awning, plenty good for weekends. And can haul 3 motorcycles as well. Amazing what features you can put in a small space with some careful planning. Bed, dinette and couch all fold up against the wall to haul the bikes.
Although if I ever built another one, I'd start with an 8x16.
Other is a 30+ ft rear living.
