I am so behind but happy

Man reading your posts has been a huge help to me. We have spent the past month moving into our new home. I am so behind. I haven't even de-winterized the TT yet. On the plus side we have enough space to park the TT at home next to the garage so that makes me happy. Although now it is sitting here staring me in the face. Our first trip of the year isn't until next weekend. I can't believe it. Last year we had 3 trips done by this time, one of which was 10 days. Moving is a lot of work and really cuts into my slack time.

Now that you are in your new home and your camper is right there with you, why not plug it in, and sleep in it! That's what we do all the time. We prefer sleeping in the camper than in our house! And I even remodeled our bedroom 2 years ago and we put in a King size bed, still enjoy the camper more! I put in a 30 amp service just for the trailer. Works wonderful! Try it! You'll like it!

Reminds me of childhood when I slept in my parents back yard in a tent.
  • Well I did get to it Sunday and washed it all up and got de-winterized. Pulling out to the lake this week to prep for the weekend.

  • Different years yield different opportunities. I was really looking forward to a 4 night trip to one of my favorite campgrounds this past weekend. Ended up using the time to have surgery and am recovering.Disappointing, but at least I'm still on the good side of the turf!
