We bought a SATA 65" big screen - deep color, calibrated, direct or upconversion 4K, 3D, etc., etc.. We still watch VHS movies directly on it and boy does it show them off well - way better than our old CRT TV could.
I suppose the best way to preserve RV TR movies and high resolution photos would be to upload them to the Cloud - if you have the Internet access bandwidth to do it in a reasonable length of time. ;)
