Truck probably broke down and they went to Uhaul to get a tow dolly to haul the truck. but Uhaul actually checks your tow vehicle out to see if it can pull a car dolly before they rent it to you, unlike camper sales people who would sell anything to anyone with money. So then they had to rent a truck capable of pulling the dolly and then they said "it aint ours so it if breaks it breaks" load'em up, haul'em out.
