We bought our trailer last fall and found a nice outdoor storage site for $65/month. In July we got a notice we had to vacate in 30 days. Apparently the suburb the storage lot was in had a no boat or RV storage provision in their laws. Since the RV storage lot was not visible from the road, it operated for years until it got caught. Anyhow 200 boats and RV's had 30 days to find someplace else in an already tight storage market.
We got on it immediately and got quite lucky to find covered storage for $88/month. It's tricky backing it in but well worth it
