My wife and I discussed it and it's way to much. Love the amenities, but it's not worth $200 per month more than my outdoor storage. I'm going up to buy an Element cover from CW and will just plan the 20 minutes to put on and take off. I used to store in the caves up in Kansas City, which is climate controlled, they park it for you and the cost is around $150 per month.
