Installed new Norcold board and fridge still won't work

Board was fried on the N611/N811 SO I installed a new one. Cost me around $300 CAD. Now the fridge is blinking both lights faintly. Certainly not as bright as before. I do not hear the propane t...

X2... you need to understand what voltages are present at the control board... along with checking its grounding.
