Here is the website of one of the companies that do the conversions it will give you an idea how much the conversions improve the characteristics of the vehicle and how it works ( see videos on the site as well)
Notice they are not a 6x6 drive arrangement

It has a 2.5 liter 5 cylinder diesel. It would be so under powered with that camper on it. And, I bet they cost as much if not more than U.S. made 6.7,
450 plus HP, 900 ft lb. V8 diesel trucks. Why would you want one?
