Is This Legal?
On my home from work today and came up along side this guy with a gigantic hook sticking out of the hitch. WTH! Is this even legal? It looks like a hazard to me for sure. The Hook

Next time you see it parked throw a loop of chain around it and hook to a tree.:B DutchmenSport is referring to a pintle hitch which that isn't.
