Jayco water pump problem

Hi, helping a guy with an 08 jayco jay flight, water system seams to work good when hooked up to city outlet but when fresh water tank is full it will not build pressure with the pump. Pump runs but only air and a little bit of water will come out of taps. I can see lots of air bubbles going through system right by the pump outlet line. Any suggestions?

    If the pump has sucked up any debris it will lodge in the diaphragm and cause the problem you have. Take the head apart and rinse all the rubber parts of with water. Re-assemble and test.
    I've had to do this a couple of times.

    We had the same problem and it was a loose fitting on ours.

    Winterizing kit valve left open
    Cracked pump suction strainer
    Leak in suction line from fresh water tank to pump
    Cracked fitting on suction side of pump

    Some where on suction side of pump air is being sucked into pump and it won't prime.
