Not sure if I'm too late with this but here goes nothing...
We've had our 2017 KSB 287QBS and have had the following issues:
1. The toilet would not hold water which led to the dreaded "Poo Pyramid". This
happened during our maiden voyage to Vegas last year.
2. The glass cover on the stove was not properly installed. Instead of tilting back out of the way it sat perpendicular to the cooking surface. This resulted in the glass falling on a pan full of bacon grease and almost setting the TT on fire!
3. The oven did not stay lit. The pilot would light and then the burner but after about five minutes everything would shut off.
All three of these issues were covered under warranty so no money came out of my pocket HOWEVER, it required me to drive 1 hour each way to drop off and pick up my rig. So what I saved in repairs I spent on gas and wear/tear on the TV and TT. I hope this helps. Stay safe and happy camping! Cheers!
