Leaking on counter top. Repair or replace and how?

The standard for kitchen faucets is an 8" spread. This is from the center of the (1-1/4") cold hole to the center of the hot hole. Most standard faucet drillings consist of three 1-1/4" holes, four inches apart from the center.
