My Rockwood manual mentions roof maintenance but doesn't say what caulk to use. I had some questions about the factory install of my roof which meant a call to the roof mfg, Alpha Systems. Very nice folks. I asked them what is recommended for cleaning (they said murphys oil soap or dawn dishwashing liquid) and what caulk to use. They said dicor is fine, or the dicor replacement that is showing up at Camping World and other dealers. One thing they did mention is that for a TPO roof be sure to make sure nothing that contains petroleum distillates is used on the roof as it will degrade the material. Hope that helps.
