Leaking roof van vent on Rockwood PUP

Question

Cant figure out where water comes in, screen on vent cover is wet as well as inside of roof cover. Doesnt seem possible rain could go up and over lip gasket seems fine. Any suggestions Thanks. Now dealing with mildew stains on canvass if anybody knows how to get rid of these stains please help.

get some good non silicone sealant from a RV supply or the net and dont depend on a gasket.
Mean Green with bleach (from Dollar General here) will remove mildew but you have to scrub and reapply till its gone.
