Light Wiring Harness

Just got a 2015 Chevy Equinox. Need to install a wiring harness for lights. On my old toad, I just added a bulb to the tailight and turn signal. The Equinox just doesn't have enough room to add a bulb. I really don't like the idea of diodes but I may be forced to go that route. Or the magnet lights added to the roof. Suggestions?

    I used the diodes and have had zero problems. Ours is a '14 bought last year, towed about 15,000 miles so far....Dennis

    Thanks Dennis for your reply. I see no way around the task other than diodes or the magnet lights...I really can't get my mind wrapped around the magnet lights :)
