Yeah, we see it. The reason the spring bars are low is because the ball mount is low. The ball mount is low because coupler is low. The coupler is low because the manufacturer installed an underslung coupler. Your spring bars appear to not be parallel with the trailer frame either but that's a minor adjustment and easily fixed by removing a washer from the ball mount tilt adjustment.
We're assuming that in the picture (page 2) where you show the whole truck and trailer (but we can't see the hitch) that the trailer is sitting on the hitch and not the tongue jack. If that's not true then ignore everything I've said in this thread.
You are correct trailer is hitched to truck. If I was informed by the dealer that they would have to alter the trailer at a cost to make it properly work with my truck I probably would have kept looking.
