Look at my hitch set up please....

I didn't read the whole thread...So sorry if someone suggested it....
But wouldn't a new hitch be the simplest solution?
The hitch in my signature has the sway bars running right along side the frame beams. They don't hang down at all.
My hitch isn't that expensive and would solve the problem.
