I saw on the Jayco site where back on the 14th you said the dealer asked you to bring the trailer back so they could do what is necessary to resolve your issue. It would probably be best to do that before anything else as that may simply end your problem. We can suggest and speculate but the dealer will be in a position to actually evaluate the problem and any possible solutions.
