Looking for a good TPMS

I am in the market for a tire pressure monitoring system for my TT. Can anyone recommend a brand that has worked for them? Thanks for any advice and suggestions you can provide.
  • I use a TireMinder system on our fifth wheel. It saved our a$$es and paid for itself with a road debris incident this spring.

  • TST 507 with flow through sensors mounted on metal stems. Also have a repeater installed in front passthrough. No problems for 3 years.
  • For previous posts on this subject search this Forum for `tpms' and read on. Search the results for the brand you are considering.
  • I have the TST 507RV kit with flow through sensors. No problems and highly recommended. I've had it for about 1-1/2 years now.
  • Be advised, you WILL need steel valve cores. They are heavy enough to cause flex in rubber stems and air loss.

My wheels wouldn't accept the steel cores the shop had on had, so I slipped some vacuum line over my stems so they couldn't flex any more once they made contact with rim.

Ended up finding a different style steel stem that worked like a champ.
