I can't raise the camper 4 " because I have a tall truck and my lift system will not go an additional 4 " higher. So has anyone lowered their rear bumper ? Or made a bumper ? I was thinking of making a tube or square bumper to allow sewer hose storage.
I would try the camper set back the 5 or 6 inches first . Mine is set back at least that far and handles fine . The front space comes in handy for storage . Removing the bumper is easy so you could try it both ways to compare any differences .
