Manual slide does not seal properly

I have a 2003 Tahoe 23FBTT Glide Lite travel trailer that has a manual slide. This spring I noticed that the lino was starting to pull up. My plan was to pull up the lino and add more glue and hopefully fasten it back down to the plywood floor but I noticed water damage to the plywood near the wall.

Now I have to locate the leak. After searching for a couple of days I'm quite confident the leak was coming in via the slide. Looking at the slide a bit further I noticed that the manual slide when its closed does not seal properly around the slide opening when viewed from the outside. When viewed from the outside of the trailer, the slide seals great at the top but the bottom of the slide there is a 1/2" gap. What this tells me is the slide rails have sunk in causing this gap. The only way I can properly seal the slide against the weather stripping is to shim the slide from the inside. In this state this is impractical to use this way.

Is this a known problem with the Tahoe manual slide that over time the rails start to become unlevel? Any ideas on how to access the slide rails to compensate and make the slide rails level again?

Thanks
